I'm Caleb — a controls engineer at Siemens. Most days I'm commissioning building automation systems: tuning PID loops, sorting out IP plans, and getting field devices to agree on what reality looks like.

The rest of the time I build software for the gaps those systems leave behind — small tools that turn a clipboard or a spreadsheet into something usable, and notes on what holds up in practice. BAU Suite, the EV reimbursement app, and a behavioral assessment called COMPASS all live on this site.
